Ring Bluff hesabını silme

Uygulama: Ring Bluff, geliştirici Halil Berkay Şahin. Hesap yalnızca ilerlemesini Apple ya da Google ile buluta kaydeden oyuncularda vardır (sürüm 1.1 ve sonrası).

Oyunun içinden (hemen)

1. Ring Bluff'ı aç, sağ üstteki dişliye dokunarak Ayarlar'a gir.
2. "İlerlemen bulutta" kartında Hesabı sil'e dokun.
3. Açılan pencerede Hesabı kalıcı olarak sil'i seç ve onay için Apple ya da Google ile bir kez daha giriş yap.

Hesabın ve bulut kaydın o anda silinir, bu cihazdaki ilerleme de sıfırlanır. Apple ile girdiysen Apple'daki oturum izni de iptal edilir.

Oyuna erişemiyorsan (e-postayla)

halilberkaysahin@gmail.com adresine "hesabımı sil" yaz. Hesabı bulabilmemiz için giriş yaptığın e-posta adresini ya da oyundaki Oyuncu kimliğini (Ayarlar'da, ör. K7QM-2XDP) ekle. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde, çoğunlukla birkaç gün içinde yerine getirir ve sana yazarız.

Silinen veriler

• Giriş hesabın: Apple ya da Google hesap tanımlayıcın ve e-posta adresin (Apple'da gizli e-posta seçtiysen yönlendirme adresi).
• Bulut kaydın: ilerlemen, coin ve parçaların, koleksiyonun, oyuncu kimliğin, aynı satın almayı iki kez vermemek için tutulan işlem numaraları, platform ve uygulama sürümü.

Bu veriler silme anında kaldırılır; ayrıca yedek tutmayız.

Saklanmaya devam eden veriler

• Hesabınla eşleşmeyen analitik ve çökme kayıtları (Firebase Analytics en fazla 14 ay, Crashlytics 90 gün), gizlilik politikasında yazan sürelerle.
• Satın alma kayıtları Apple ve Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre tutulur. Reklamsız paketi aynı mağaza hesabıyla Ayarlar > Satın almaları geri yükle ile geri alabilirsin.

Hesabın yoksa

Giriş yapmadıysan oyunla ilgili hiçbir şey bizde senin adına tutulmaz; ilerlemen yalnızca cihazındadır ve uygulamayı silmek onu siler. Ayrıntılar: Gizlilik politikası.

Deleting your Ring Bluff account

App: Ring Bluff, developer Halil Berkay Şahin. An account only exists for players who save their progress to the cloud with Apple or Google (version 1.1 and later).

In the game (immediate)

1. Open Ring Bluff and tap the gear in the top right corner to open Settings.
2. On the "Progress saved to the cloud" card, tap Delete account.
3. Choose Delete for good and sign in with Apple or Google once more to confirm.

Your account and cloud save are deleted right away, and the progress on that device is reset. If you signed in with Apple, the app's Apple sign-in authorization is revoked too.

If you can't open the game (by email)

Write "delete my account" to halilberkaysahin@gmail.com. So we can find the account, include the email address you signed in with or your Player ID from the game (in Settings, e.g. K7QM-2XDP). We complete the request within 30 days, usually within a few days, and reply to you.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account: your Apple or Google account identifier and email address (the relay address if you chose Hide My Email with Apple).
• Your cloud save: progress, coins and shards, collection, player ID, the transaction numbers kept so a purchase is never granted twice, platform and app version.

This data is removed at the moment of deletion; we keep no separate backups.

What is kept

• Analytics and crash records that are not linked to your account (Firebase Analytics up to 14 months, Crashlytics 90 days), as described in the privacy policy.
• Purchase records are kept by Apple and Google under their own policies. You can get Remove Ads back with the same store account through Settings > Restore purchases.

If you never signed in

Without an account we hold nothing about the game under your name; your progress lives only on your device and uninstalling the app deletes it. Details: Privacy policy.
